Bulk sends go through provider rate-limit (Postmark / SendGrid) to preserve domain reputation.
TL;DR
Communications → Email → New, pick segment, template and send.
Steps
1. Communications → Email → New send.
2. Pick the target segment (see create segment).
3. Pick a template or write from scratch.
4. Customise subject. Use variables {name}.
5. Preview: check desktop and mobile versions.
6. Send test to myself first. Then confirm the bulk send.
7. In 30 minutes view open and click rates.
