Enable SAML 2.0 SSO

SSO is available on the Enterprise plan. Requires coordination with the customer’s IT team.
TL;DR
Settings → Security → SSO, download metadata, configure it in your IdP and upload IdP metadata.
Steps
1. Settings → Security → SSO.
2. Download the SP metadata (XML file).
3. In your IdP (Okta/Azure/Google), create a new SAML app.
4. Import the SP metadata into the IdP.
5. Configure the attribute mapping: email, firstName, lastName, role.
6. Download the IdP metadata from the IdP and upload to Ministrium.
7. Test the SSO flow with a pilot user.
8. Enable Force SSO when ready.
