Enable SAML 2.0 SSO

For: Org admin

SSO is available on the Enterprise plan. Requires coordination with the customer’s IT team.

TL;DR

Settings → Security → SSO, download metadata, configure it in your IdP and upload IdP metadata.

Steps

    1. Settings → Security → SSO. 2. Download the SP metadata (XML file). 3. In your IdP (Okta/Azure/Google), create a new SAML app. 4. Import the SP metadata into the IdP. 5. Configure the attribute mapping: email, firstName, lastName, role. 6. Download the IdP metadata from the IdP and upload to Ministrium. 7. Test the SSO flow with a pilot user. 8. Enable Force SSO when ready.
