Your entire church, in one platform

Ministrium is the multi-tenant church platform that unifies CRM, attendance, donations, events, cell groups, and communications — designed to operate multiple campuses without losing visibility or control. Multi-tenant means each church is its own universe: its members, donations, permissions, and reports are separated structurally, not by convention.

This documentation is for administrators, pastors, accountants, and operators who need to roll out the platform, connect Stripe, import members, configure campuses, and understand exactly what we guarantee from a security and compliance standpoint.

Built to operate at scale

Ministrium was built for churches that grow seriously: networks with multiple campuses, dozens of leaders with distinct responsibilities, thousands of members, recurring donations in multiple currencies, and the real need to see everything from one place without losing control of who sees what.

  • Strict multi-tenancy. Each church is its own tenant. Separation is structural at the database level via Postgres Row-Level Security, not just at the application layer.
  • Multi-campus by default. Attendance, finance, and reports filter by campus natively; local leaders only see what’s theirs, while general leaders see everything aggregated.
  • Bilingual ES/EN. The entire interface, emails, receipts, and documentation operate in both languages with the same level of detail.
  • Auditable. Every critical action is logged with who, when, and from where — essential when handling congregants’ money requires real transparency.
  • API-first. Everything the interface does can be done via API; integrations with QuickBooks, Stripe, WhatsApp, and SendGrid are included.
