Multi-Campus

The Multi-Campus module is what sets Ministrium apart from tools built for a single congregation. It’s on from day one — not a paid add-on.

If your church is single-campus, the module stays out of your way: you never have to open it. If you have two or more, this is the section where you learn how to:

• Create and manage campuses
• Limit users to a specific campus
• Decide when to see consolidated vs per-campus data
• Transfer members between campuses without losing history

For churches with multiple locations, the campus selector in the sidebar filters lists, metrics, and reports by location. If your role has church-wide scope, select All campuses to view consolidated data. Campus-scoped roles can only see their assigned location.
