A service plan is the run sheet of the service. It combines item types: song, sermon, video, prayer and transition.

Events → Service plans → New, add items from the catalog and reorder with drag & drop.

Steps

1. Events → Service plans → New. 2. Capture name and date. Set the target duration (e.g. 75 minutes). 3. Add items: songs from the catalog, sermon, announcements, offering. 4. Assign an owner per item (preacher, worship leader, tech). 5. Reorder with drag & drop until the time sum matches the target. 6. Publish. Owners receive a notification with their part.
