Create a service plan

TL;DR

Church Life → Service Planning → Plans → New Plan, then Add item with Song, Reading, Prayer, Message, Transition, or Other.

Steps

1. Open Church Life → Service Planning.
2. On the Plans tab, click New Plan (or Create from Event / Generate 4 Weeks when applicable).
3. Save the plan and open it.
4. Click Add item. Under Type, choose only: Song, Reading, Prayer, Message, Transition, or Other.
5. Fill duration, title, song key, lead, notes, and files/links as needed.
6. Use Print, Publish (draft plan), Complete (published plan), Copy from Another Plan, Auto-Assign, or Delete when needed.

Plans are created in Service Planning, not in the Events menu.
