Capture sources

Every prospect enters with a source set by the server. You do not pick it by hand from a New prospect button on the CRM page (that button does not exist).

Real sources (`prospect_source`)

Production enum values:

Invented sources such as app, import, and manual do not exist in production. The prospect create schema has no UTM fields.

Connect Card and QR

In CRM - Prospects, open Generate QR (or the equivalent Connect Card action).
Use the public URL /connect/:slug or print the QR code.
When the Guest submits the form, Ministrium creates the prospect as New with ConnectCard source.

There is no invented Settings → Connect Card configuration screen for this flow.

Website code (WebForm)

In the same Generate QR dialog, the Website code tab provides:

An <iframe> snippet to embed on the church site
Language, accent color, and live preview
Copy-code action

Submissions create a Guest in Prospects with source WebForm (Web form). Public embed route: /embed/c/:slug/form.

Kiosk

The kiosk captures with New Guest or Guest Child. Details: Guest registration.

Events and cell groups

Registration to a public event can create a prospect with source Event.
A leader who registers a Guest in their cell uses source CellGroup; that Guest may enter In a group directly.

Capture form validation

On kiosk, Connect Card, WebForm, and Guest registration in a group:

First name and last name required
Email or phone (at least one)
Email format validated
Phone in E.164 (country picker / PhoneInput)
