Finance admin

Responsible for Stripe, giving, annual certificates, and QuickBooks reconciliation. In Ministrium this maps to the Finance Leader and Accountant roles, plus Pastor and Associate Pastor. The Accountant records donors, donations, and batches, but does not administer funds, goals, rules, budgets, or bank accounts. Donors cannot be deleted.
