Ministrium’s financial reports are built for two audiences: the finance team (daily ops) and the board (monthly / quarterly / annual view).

Reports for finance (day-to-day)

Today’s donations

Donations → Today. A real-time view with every charge, refund, and dispute. Useful for reconciling the Sunday offering Sunday night.

Last 90-day trend

Line chart showing total revenue per day. Filters: by fund, by payment method, by campus.

List of the most generous donors of the year. Only visible to finance and org_admin, and only if the donor didn’t opt to “anonymize my donations in reports”.

Monthly executive report

Donations → Reports → Monthly executive. One page, ready to print or send:

Quarterly report

Same as monthly but 3-month rolling with trend.

Annual report

For assemblies and yearbooks. Includes:

Monthly trend
Comparison with prior years
New donors of the year
Pledge fulfillment (if you run pledge campaigns)

Exportable to PDF with church branding.

If your church receives donations designated to specific funds (Missions, Building), the system tracks the balance:

Expenses are entered manually by finance, typically from QuickBooks; Ministrium shows the computed balance.

Donor privacy

No board report mentions individual donors by default. To talk about a specific donor (e.g. personal thank-you), use the donor’s record in CRM, not a report.

Every report exports to:

PDF: to share with board or auditors
Excel / CSV: for external analysis
PNG: for presentations

Schedulable: Reports → Schedule so the monthly executive report emails to the board on the 5th of every month automatically.
