Record a cash or check donation

Every donation outside Stripe is captured manually so the tax receipt is complete.

TL;DR

Donations → Movements → New donation, pick method Cash or Check.

Steps

1. Donations → Movements → New donation. 2. Search the donor. If missing, create them from the same form. 3. Capture amount, fund and method (cash, check, bank transfer). 4. For check: enter the check number and issuing bank. 5. Attach evidence (photo of check or envelope) if applicable. 6. Save. The donation counts in the report and enters the annual tax receipt.
