Connect WhatsApp Business

WhatsApp only allows approved-template messages outside the 24-hour window. Templates must be approved in Meta Business before use.

Steps

1. Communications → WhatsApp → Connect. 2. Sign in with your Meta Business account. 3. Authorise the requested scopes (send, read templates). 4. Register the number with SMS code or call. 5. Create at least one template and submit for approval. 6. When Meta approves (24–72 h), sending is enabled.
