Create a zone, district, and cell

The cell structure uses three related levels to scope access and consolidate reports.

TL;DR

Under Small Groups → Cellular, create the zone first, then its district, and finally the cell.

Before you start

• Define names, campus, and leaders for each level.
• Always create parent groups before their children.

Steps

1. Go to Small Groups → Cellular.
2. Create a Zone, assign its campus and supervisor, and save.
3. Create a District and select the zone as its parent group.
4. Assign the district superintendent and save.
5. Create a Cell and select the district as its parent group.
6. Assign the cell leader, complete meeting details, and save.

Verification

Expand the tree and confirm the Zone → District → Cell sequence and assigned leaders.
