Create a zone, district, and cell

The cell structure uses three related levels to scope access and consolidate reports.

TL;DR

Under Church Life → Small Groups → Cellular Structure, create the district first, then its zone, and finally the cell.

Before you start

• Define names, campus, and leaders for each level.
• Always create parent groups before their children.

Steps

1. Go to Church Life → Small Groups → Cellular Structure.
2. Click + Create Group and create a District, assign its campus and superintendent, and save.
3. Create a Zone and select the district as its parent group.
4. Assign the zone supervisor and save.
5. Create a Cell and select the zone as its parent group (required).
6. Assign the cell leader, complete meeting details, and save.

Verification

Expand the tree and confirm the District → Zone → Cell sequence and assigned leaders.
