Member data
The member record is the 360° view of a person in your church. Organized in five tabs.
1. Profile
Basic info:
- Identity: name, gender, birthdate, photo.
- Contact: email, phones, address.
- Church status: prospect / member, promotion date, current campus.
- Sensitive data (role-gated): government ID, tax ID for high-volume recurring donors.
Each field is inline editable: click the value, edit, Tab or Enter to save.
2. Family
The Family tab shows people sharing the household:
- Head(s) of household
- Spouse
- Children
- Others (grandparents, guests)
Structural changes (marriage, divorce, new child) are reflected here. The family has its own audit: every change is logged.
3. History
Chronological timeline of everything the person has done in the church:
- Attendance (with date and campus)
- Donations (with amount and method)
- Events they registered for
- Pipeline stage changes
- Role changes
- Communications received (emails/SMS opened)
Filters: by event type, date range, campus.
4. Communication
Centralizes the conversation with the person:
- Emails sent (with open rate)
- SMS and WhatsApp
- Internal notes from pastor or leader (not visible to the member)
- Logged calls (manually)
Notes have a visibility toggle: private to you, shared with leaders, shared with all staff.
5. Sacraments and rites
For churches that record:
- Baptism (date, place, officiant)
- Confirmation
- Marriage (with spouse)
- Funeral
Each rite can attach documents (certificate, photo). Files are stored encrypted.
Children’s medical information doesn’t appear on the adult member’s record. It lives in the Kids module and has separate access controls per COPPA.
