Member data
Opening a record from People & Connection → Membership (/admin-church/members) shows a dialog with sections — not a “five tabs” layout with sacraments or Tax ID / EIN.
What you can review
Depending on your plan and permissions, the dialog groups information such as:
- Profile / contact — identity and contact channels
- Family / household — people linked in the same household
- Groups — cell and other group membership
- Progress, giving, and interactions — when available on the record
This record does not include sacraments tabs or EIN / Tax ID fields in the current production UI.
Editing
Users with Membership write permission can edit from the corresponding edit dialog. Accountant and Secretary may have members read/write without Prospects (crm) access.
Relationship to Prospects
A Guest or prospect promoted with Promote to member lands in Membership. Promotion is irreversible. See Prospect vs member.
Privacy
Handle personal data according to your church policy. For bulk list export, see Export (CSV from Membership).
