Share a dashboard with a pastor

Shared access is at dashboard level, not at the data source. If the pastor opens the reports behind a widget, they only see what their role allows.

TL;DR

In the dashboard: … → Share, add the pastor with Read-only permission.

Steps

1. Open the dashboard. 2. … menu → Share. 3. Search the pastor by name or email. 4. Assign Read-only permission. 5. Confirm. The pastor gets email with the secure link.
