The full glossary lives in the Welcome section, alongside the rest of the conceptual onboarding, so a new user finds it on day one.
Why a single glossary
A single source of truth prevents terms from drifting between sections. Any new technical term is added there and the rest of the documentation links to its definition via an anchor (#term).
How to propose a term
If an article in the help center uses a term without explaining it, and you had to look it up, propose the definition. The team adds it to the glossary in the next sprint.
