CRM is the backbone of Ministrium. Every person who’s touched your church lives here: from the visitor who filled a connect card on Sunday to the founding member who’s been around for 20 years.

The module is designed around three flows:

1. Capture: how new prospects enter the system (kiosk, events, web form, import).
2. Conversion: the pipeline that moves a prospect toward membership.
3. Care: the member record and family record for pastoral follow-up.
