Ministrium separates people management into two connected workspaces:

  • Members (/admin-church/members): view, search, filter, import, and invite people who already belong to the church.
  • Prospects (/admin-church/crm): receive visitors, organize follow-up, and convert them into members.
  1. Manage members or import your current database.
  2. Invite members to activate their account and install the PWA.
  3. Publish the Connect Card to capture visitors.
  4. Move each prospect through New → Contacted → Converted.
