On the child record → Medical info → Edit.
Steps
1. Open the child record. 2. Medical info tab. 3. Capture allergies separated by comma (peanut, dairy). 4. Capture current medications. 5. Verify the emergency contact (should differ from the head of household if possible). 6. Save. The label updates on the next check-in.
