Operational efficiency

If the church loads per-campus costs (rent, salaries, utilities), the report computes:

Total cost per campus
Cost per average attendee
Cost per active donor
Operating margin (campus income − costs)

Sensitive data

Costs are visible only to roles finance_admin and org_admin. The rest of the church sees ops without financial figures.

Spot underperforming campuses

The system flags a campus yellow if it’s 1σ below average in 2+ metrics, red at 2σ. The flag links to “Campus diagnosis” with suggestions.
