Campus performance

If your church has 2+ campuses, this view places them side-by-side on every metric: attendance, generosity, retention, health, cost per attendee.

Normalization

Comparing raw numbers from a 600-member campus with a 200-member one is misleading. So the view includes rates and per-capita:

  • Attendance / member
  • Given / donor
  • Events / month per capita
  • Pastoral requests / member

Service-hour heatmap

08:00 10:00 12:00 17:00 19:00 Downtown — ●●●● ●●● — ●● North ●● ●●● — — ●●● Online — — ●●●● ●●●● —

Helps you see where to concentrate volunteers and coffee, and which time slots cannibalize others.

Operational efficiency

If the church loads per-campus costs (rent, salaries, utilities), the report computes:

  • Total cost per campus
  • Cost per average attendee
  • Cost per active donor
  • Operating margin (campus income − costs)
Sensitive data

Costs are visible only to roles finance_admin and org_admin. The rest of the church sees ops without financial figures.

Spot underperforming campuses

The system flags a campus yellow if it’s 1σ below average in 2+ metrics, red at 2σ. The flag links to “Campus diagnosis” with suggestions.

Compare similar events

How did the Downtown youth service compare with the North one on the same Friday? Pick the parent (shared) event and see each instance.

Member migration between campuses

Origin → Destination Count Period Downtown → North 18 last 12 months North → Downtown 9 ... Downtown → Online 31 (post-COVID) Online → Downtown 14

Tells you if campuses are cannibalizing (transferring between each other) instead of acquiring net-new. If 70% of North’s growth came from Downtown, it’s not real growth.
