WhatsApp Co-Pilot

WhatsApp Co-Pilot lets an authorized user query data, request summaries, and perform allowed actions by texting or sending voice notes to the church’s WhatsApp Business number.

Before you start

• The church must have WhatsApp Business connected (Communications → Messaging → WhatsApp Business). See Connect WhatsApp Business.
• Your role must be Pastor, Associate Pastor, Campus Admin, or Secretary.
• The church needs credits available in AI Credits.

Enable it for your user

1. In the admin panel, open the Co-Pilot with the floating button.
2. Open the panel settings (gear icon).
3. In the WhatsApp Co-Pilot section, enter your number in Phone number (E.164).
4. Turn on Enable Co-Pilot via WhatsApp and click Save. The status changes to WhatsApp active.
5. From that phone, text the church’s WhatsApp Business number.

Voice notes are transcribed automatically. Access and actions honor the user’s permissions.

Daily summary

Users with WhatsApp Co-Pilot enabled receive a summary of the previous day every morning, around 08:00 church local time.

Costs

Each processed text message deducts 2 credits and each voice note 3 credits (current prices; subject to change). See AI and Credits.
