Connect Card

Connect Card turns a contact into a prospect under People & Connection → CRM - Prospects (/admin-church/crm).

QR and public link

In Prospects, select Generate QR (or the equivalent Connect Card action).
Copy the public URL /connect/:slug or print the QR code.
Place the QR in the lobby, welcome cards, or screens.
When the Guest submits the form, Ministrium creates the prospect as New (Connect Card source).

Website code

In the same dialog, open the Website code tab:

Build the iframe snippet (language, accent color, live preview).
Use Copy code and paste it on the church site.
Submissions arrive as Guests with source Web form (WebForm).

After capture

Use Start contact to assign an owner, instructions, and due date. The kiosk New Guest flow and events can also feed the CRM. Source details: Capture sources.
