Donations → Reports → QuickBooks, pick the month and download the file.
Steps
1. Donations → Reports → QuickBooks.
2. Pick the month to export.
3. Verify the account mapping: each fund maps to a specific GL account.
4. Press Generate file.
5. Download the .iif (Desktop) or .csv (Online).
6. In QuickBooks: File → Import → Transactions and pick the file.
