Ministerial Co-Pilot

The Co-Pilot is available through the floating button at the lower right of the admin panel. It can answer questions about authorized church data, interpret metrics, suggest actions, and draft communications.

WhatsApp Co-Pilot

1. The church must have WhatsApp Business connected in Communications → Messaging → WhatsApp Business.
2. Each authorized user (Pastor, Associate Pastor, Campus Admin, or Secretary) opens the Co-Pilot, goes to settings (gear icon), and in WhatsApp Co-Pilot enters their Phone number (E.164), turns on Enable Co-Pilot via WhatsApp, and clicks Save.
3. Send text or voice notes to the church’s WhatsApp Business number. Ministrium transcribes voice notes to query data, request summaries, or perform allowed actions.
4. Every day, around 08:00 church local time, the Co-Pilot sends a summary of the previous day.
