Church health

Church health is the headline report. It combines six dimensions into a single 0-to-100 score, recomputed every Monday at 02:00 main-campus time.

The 6 dimensions

Mission	10%	Is there evangelism activity (new visitors)?

Each dimension comes from real product data:

Attendance = avg last 4 weeks / avg last 52 weeks.
Generosity = active donors last 90 days + recurring retention rate.
Groups = % of active members in at least one cell.
Leadership = leaders in training / active leaders.
Pastoral = prayer requests answered < 48 h.
Mission = unique visitors last 30 days + 90-day member conversion rate.

Reading the score

Range	Interpretation
85–100	Excellent. Maintain focus.
70–84	Healthy. One or two dimensions to improve.
50–69	Watch. Two or three weak dimensions.
30–49	Urgent action. Leadership meeting.
0–29	Crisis. Consider outside consulting.

If the church has 2+ campuses, the report shows score by campus in a single view, color-coded. Helpful to quickly spot which campus needs attention.

Why Monday 02:00

We compute at the start of the week so leadership has the fresh report for the Monday/Tuesday weekly meeting. The compute takes 1–4 minutes per church.

Custom weights

org_admin can tune the weights (e.g. a cell-group-emphasis church can raise Groups to 30%). Weights must total 100%.

Automatic alerts

If a dimension drops more than 15 points in a week, the system sends email + push to org_admin with context:

This avoids “scares” from obvious causes and focuses leadership on real signals.
