Close a group that stopped meeting

Last reviewed:
A closed group stops accepting enrolments and disappears from the directory. History remains available in reports.
TL;DR
In the group → … → Close group, indicate reason.
Steps
1. Open the group record. 2. … menu → Close group. 3. Indicate the reason (leader moved, low engagement, merged with another). 4. Confirm. The group is now Archived. 5. To reopen later: … → Reopen.
