Credits and Auto-recharge

Open AI Credits at /admin-church/credits to review the balance, usage history, and available packs.

Credits cover the Co-Pilot, AI translation, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, and every pastoral inbox reply. Consumption varies by feature. The page has the Overview, History, and Packages tabs.

Configure auto-recharge

1. In AI Credits, on the Overview tab, find the Auto-Recharge card.
2. Turn on Enable auto-recharge.
3. Set the Threshold (credits): when the balance drops below it, a package is purchased.
4. In Package to buy, select the package to purchase on each recharge.
5. Add the card with Save card (or Update card if one is already saved). Payment is processed by Stripe.
6. Click Save settings.

Review usage history regularly and adjust the threshold to match your church’s activity.

Only users with permission to manage credits see the Packages tab and can change auto-recharge.
