WhatsApp Business (/admin-church/messaging/whatsapp): connect the church’s WhatsApp Business account with Meta and manage templates. Open it with the WhatsApp Business button in Messaging.
Pastoral inbox (/admin-church/messaging/inbox): review and reply to WhatsApp conversations during the 24-hour window.
Automations (/admin-church/workflows): automate follow-up, thank-you messages, and alerts. For a practical example, configure a visitor follow-up automation.
