Configure age rooms

The kiosk automatically routes each child to the room matching their age on the service date, not the enrolment date.

TL;DR

Check-in → Rooms → New, set range, capacity and volunteer.

Steps

1. Check-in → Rooms → New room. 2. Name it (Nursery, Walkers, Pre-K, K-2, 3-6, etc.). 3. Set the age range in months for babies and in years for older kids. 4. Set capacity (legal or safety limit). 5. Assign one or more volunteers as responsible. 6. Activate the room. It appears on the kiosk on the next check-in.
