Run Sheet

The plan detail at /admin-church/services/plan/:planId contains the minute-by-minute service sequence. Set the order, duration, and owner of each item before publishing.

Assigned volunteers open /app/run-sheet/:planId to view the current order in real time. Use this operational view during the service; changes published by the planning team appear in the volunteer view.

Before the service, confirm that every item has an owner and that assignments have been accepted in /app/assignments.
