Open a formation cohort

A cohort groups students, sessions, attendance, and grades within a class.

TL;DR

In Formation, select a class, create the cohort, assign its teacher, and publish enrollment.

Before you start

• Create the class, modules, and lessons first.
• Confirm the teacher, schedule, capacity, and campus.

Steps

1. Go to Formation (/admin-church/formacion).
2. Open the relevant class and select New cohort.
3. Enter the name, dates, campus, and capacity.
4. Assign the responsible teacher.
5. Configure the sessions and save.
6. Open internal enrollment or share /p/your-slug/formacion/:classId.

Verification

Sign in as the teacher through the leadership panel and confirm that the cohort, students, and sessions are visible.
