Context switching

One person may hold several roles—for example, member, cell leader, and staff member. Ministrium lets you change context, or “hat,” without creating separate accounts.

From the admin panel

Use the context selector in the sidebar. When you switch:

  • the selected role becomes active;
  • Ministrium preserves the selected campus and role;
  • the menu shows only the modules allowed in that context.

From the member app

The Panel tab appears in the bottom navigation only when you have elevated access, for example, when you:

  • lead a group;
  • serve on a service team;
  • hold a staff role; or
  • have teaching assignments.

Selecting it activates your highest-priority context and routes you to /admin-church or /liderazgo-local, as appropriate.

Returning to the app

From the panel, select the member-app button to return to /app. Ministrium preserves the context so you can continue without repeating the selection.

Switching context does not combine or expand permissions. Every view enforces the active role and its cell, zone, district, or campus scope.
