Create a service plan

A service plan is the detailed order of a service. It includes songs, prayers, transitions, sermon, and the lead for each block. It’s the main tool of the worship and production team.

Create a service plan

  1. Events β†’ Service Plans β†’ New plan.
  2. Fields:
    • Name (e.g. β€œSunday 11AM Service”)
    • Campus and date/time
    • Type: regular, special, music-only, etc.
  3. Start adding blocks.

Share with the team

Each block has an assigned lead. The system notifies:

  • 3 days before: email reminder with assigned block
  • 1 day before: push notification with plan link
  • Service day: notification 1 hour before

The worship director can share the plan with a public link that shows only what each role needs (the band sees chord charts; lighting techs see the sequence).

Templates

If every Sunday has a similar structure, create a template:

  1. Build a reference service plan.
  2. Actions β†’ Save as template.
  3. Next week: New plan β†’ From template, edit what changes.

Saves ~80% of planning time.

Versioning

Every change to the service plan after publication is kept in history. The team can always see β€œwhat we planned vs what actually happened”.

Next step

Once the plan is ready, activate it and connect it to the kiosk to sync attendance.
