Create a service plan
A service plan is the order of service (items, duration, and leads). It lives under Service Planning, not under the Events menu.
Create a plan
- Open Church Life → Service Planning.
- Go to the Plans tab.
- Click New Plan (you can also use Create from Event or Generate 4 Weeks when applicable).
- Fill in the plan details and save.
- On the plan detail page, click Add item to build the order.
The same screen also has Services (New Service), Teams (Add Service Team), and Templates (New Template).
Block types (Type)
Only these six:

| Song | Title, key, duration |
| Reading | Passage or reading |
| Prayer | Who leads |
| Message | Message / preaching (ES UI: Predicación) |
| Transition | Scene change or bridge |
| Other | Anything that does not fit above |
Common fields: Duration, Title, Song key, Lead, Notes, Files / links.
Plan actions
On /admin-church/services/plan/:id:
- Publish: shown while the plan is a draft.
- Complete: shown once the plan is published.
- Copy from Another Plan
- Auto-Assign
- Delete
Status may show in English as published.
The active service used by the attendance kiosk is not controlled from the plan: see Active plan and kiosk.
