Create a service plan
A service plan is the detailed order of a service. It includes songs, prayers, transitions, sermon, and the lead for each block. Itβs the main tool of the worship and production team.

Each block has an assigned lead. The system notifies:
- 3 days before: email reminder with assigned block
- 1 day before: push notification with plan link
- Service day: notification 1 hour before
The worship director can share the plan with a public link that shows only what each role needs (the band sees chord charts; lighting techs see the sequence).
Templates
If every Sunday has a similar structure, create a template:
- Build a reference service plan.
- Actions β Save as template.
- Next week: New plan β From template, edit what changes.
Saves ~80% of planning time.
Every change to the service plan after publication is kept in history. The team can always see βwhat we planned vs what actually happenedβ.
Next step
Once the plan is ready, activate it and connect it to the kiosk to sync attendance.
