Create a prospect from scratch

A prospect is someone not yet considered a member: a service visitor, an event contact, a lead from a public form.

TL;DR

CRM → Prospects → New, capture name and phone, assign source and save.

Steps

1. CRM → Prospects → New prospect. 2. Capture first name, last name and at least one contact channel (email or phone_e164). 3. Pick the source (visit, event, web form, referral). 4. Assign a follow-up owner. 5. Save. The prospect enters the pipeline at stage New.
