5-minute Quick Start

Create your church account

1. Go to app.ministrium.com/registro .
2. Fill in the church name, city, primary language (ES/EN), and time zone.
3. Create the super admin user (your personal email). This user has full access and will be the support contact.
4. Confirm your email through the link that arrives in less than a minute.

After confirmation you enter the panel and see the welcome screen for the 14-day free trial, no credit card required.

Configure your first campus

1. In the side menu, open Church → Campuses and click Create campus.
2. Fill in the campus name (for example Main Campus), address, and a 4-digit PIN for the check-in kiosk.
3. Check the Set as primary campus option.

The primary campus is the one assigned by default when someone registers as a visitor or a new member is created without specifying a campus.

Invite your first staff member

1. Open Church → Team and click Invite staff.
2. Fill in the staff member’s name and email.
3. Assign one of the roles: pastor, supervisor, secretary, accountant, ministry leader, or cell leader. See Roles and permissions for details.
4. Click Send invitation.

The staff member receives an email with a single-use link to create their password. The invitation expires in 7 days and can be resent.

Connect Stripe Connect (optional)

If you’ll receive electronic donations:

1. Open Donations → Settings.
2. Click Connect Stripe. The button opens the official Stripe Connect onboarding.
3. Fill in your church’s legal and banking information following Stripe’s flow.
4. When done, you’ll automatically return to Ministrium with the verified account.

Ministrium never touches the money: donations go directly to the bank account connected to Stripe. We only charge a small platform fee on each processed transaction.

Receive your first donation

While Stripe verifies your account (usually 1-2 business days), you can:

1. Open Donations → QR Generator.
2. Create a donation QR with a suggested amount and purpose (tithe, offering, missions).
3. Print it and place it on the welcome table at the next service.

When someone scans the QR, they reach a one-step donation page in the church’s language, with your branding and logo. Recurring donations (weekly or monthly) are configured right there.
