Connect the Co-Pilot to WhatsApp

The Co-Pilot accepts text or voice notes over WhatsApp and can send the Monday weekly report.

TL;DR

Connect WABA at /admin-church/messaging/whatsapp, then enable the Co-Pilot for the authorized number.

Before you start

• Have admin access to the WhatsApp Business account.
• Confirm the pastor or admin phone number that will use the Co-Pilot.
• Verify that the church has credits available.

Steps

1. Open /admin-church/messaging/whatsapp.
2. Start Connect WABA and complete WhatsApp Business authorization.
3. Open the pastor or admin profile.
4. Add and verify their phone number.
5. Enable WhatsApp Co-Pilot.
6. Send a test message through the connected channel.

Verification

Confirm that the Co-Pilot replies to the authorized number and usage appears under AI Credits.
