Connect the Co-Pilot to WhatsApp

The Co-Pilot accepts text or voice notes over WhatsApp and sends a daily summary around 08:00 church local time.

TL;DR

Connect WhatsApp Business in Communications → Messaging → WhatsApp Business, then enable WhatsApp Co-Pilot from the Co-Pilot panel settings.

Before you start

• Have admin access to the WhatsApp Business account.
• Confirm that your role is Pastor, Associate Pastor, Campus Admin, or Secretary.
• Verify that the church has credits available.

Steps

1. Open Communications → Messaging and click WhatsApp Business (/admin-church/messaging/whatsapp).
2. On the Connection tab, click Connect WhatsApp and complete the Meta authorization (see Connect WhatsApp Business).
3. Open the Co-Pilot with the panel’s floating button and go to settings (gear icon).
4. In WhatsApp Co-Pilot, enter your number in Phone number (E.164).
5. Turn on Enable Co-Pilot via WhatsApp and click Save. The status should change to WhatsApp active.
6. Send a test message to the church’s WhatsApp Business number.

Verification

Confirm that the Co-Pilot replies to the authorized number and usage appears under AI Credits.
