Member App Navigation

This page covers the web app, in the browser or installed as a PWA.

Bottom bar

Home: goes back to /app.
Events: opens the church calendar (/app/events).
Give: highlighted center button. Opens /app/donations for one-time gifts. Appears only if your church has online donations available.
Panel: opens the leadership or admin panel that applies to you (/admin-church or /liderazgo-local). It only appears in some cases (see below).
Profile: opens /app/profile, with Your Access Pass, your stats, and Settings. My Giving shows the year-to-date total.

In the native app, the bottom bar belongs to the app itself and does not include Panel. On iPhone, its Give button opens Safari on your church’s giving page (/give).

Panel and admin in the native app

Leadership and admin work is done on the web (app.ministrium.com), not in the native app:

If you open a panel screen inside the app, you will see This section isn’t available in the app (“You can keep using Ministrium from Home.”) and the Go to Home button.
My Teaching does not appear in Profile inside the native app.
If your staff account is not linked to a member profile, the app shows Your account doesn’t have access to the member app (“Ask your church to link your account to your member profile.”) with Sign out.

When Panel appears

Panel only appears if you have responsibilities in the church. For example, you:

lead a group or a service team;
have an active staff role;
have teaching assignments.

If you do not see Panel, your account only has access to the Member App.

Go back to the Member App from the panel

In the panel’s top bar, click View: followed by your active role.
In the Switch hat menu, pick Member View (“Go to my member profile”).

The selector only appears if you have more than one role and access to the Member App.

When you pick Member View, the panel’s active role is reset. When you go back to the panel with Panel, check the role in View: and pick the one you need again.
