Use the Run Sheet during a service

Assigned volunteers can view the current service order at /app/run-sheet/:planId.

TL;DR

Open your assignment, enter the Run Sheet, and follow the sequence and timings published by the leader.

Before you start

  • You must be assigned to the service plan.
  • Confirm your assignment at /app/assignments.

Steps

    1. Open Assignments in the app.
    2. Select the relevant service.
    3. Tap Run Sheet.
    4. Review each item’s sequence, start time, duration, and owner.
    5. Keep the view open to see plan updates.

Verification

Compare the plan name and date with your assignment before the service begins.
