Create your church
The first step is registering the church. This creates your tenant: the isolated universe where your congregation’s data will live. One church = one tenant; no data ever mixes with that of another church on the platform.
Before you start
Have these on hand:
- Legal name of the church. As it appears in your civil registry or before tax authorities. This is the name printed on tax-deductible receipts and contracts.
- City and country. Defines the default time zone and date and currency formats.
- Primary language. Spanish (ES) or English (EN). Defines the default language of the interface, transactional emails, and receipts. Each user can change their personal language afterwards.
- Super admin email. The email of the church’s primary owner. This will be the support contact and the account with full access.
Steps
Go to the registration form
Open app.ministrium.com/registro in your browser. Works in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
Fill in the church data
- Legal name: full name, no abbreviations.
- City and country: define where the main location is.
- Time zone: suggested automatically from the city; you can adjust it if you operate across countries.
- Primary language: ES or EN.
Create the super admin user
- Full name and personal email of the person who will be the primary administrator.
- Password: minimum 12 characters with at least one letter, one number, and one symbol. See MFA and password policy.
Accept the terms
Read and accept the terms of service and privacy policy. If your church requires a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), you can request them later from Church → Compliance. See DPA.
Confirm your email
Within a minute you receive an email with the subject Confirm your email to activate your church. Click the button in the email. The link is single-use and expires in 24 hours.
What happens on confirmation
When you confirm, you enter the admin panel and see:
- The welcome screen with the initial setup progress.
- The 14-day free trial indicator at the top. No credit card required.
- Access to all modules during the trial: CRM, Attendance, Donations, Events, Cell Groups, Communications, and Reports.
If your confirmation email doesn’t arrive within five minutes, check the spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, write to soporte@ministrium.com from the super admin’s email with your church’s domain and we’ll activate manually.
Data you can adjust later
Everything from the initial registration can be modified later from Church → Settings:
- Legal and trade names.
- Tax data (RFC, EIN, or local equivalent) — required to issue tax-deductible receipts.
- Church logo and brand colors — used on emails, receipts, and the public donation page.
- Primary language and time zone.
The change is logged in the audit with who did it, when, and from which IP. See Audit and logs.
Next steps
