Search runs locally with Pagefind over the already-built static site. It does not send queries to any external service, does not require login, and keeps working offline once a page is loaded.

Shortcuts

/ from any page: opens the header search.
Esc: closes the panel.
↑ / ↓: navigate between results.
Enter: opens the selected result.

Available filters

When we index each article we tag it with three facets so you can narrow results:

Module: CRM, attendance, donations, events, check-in, communications, groups, reports, multi-campus, integrations, API, security.
Audience: any user, staff, org admin, finance admin, developer.
Type: how-do-I, troubleshooting, conceptual, video, template, church case.

Use the search panel to combine filters (for example: module donations + audience finance_admin).

Synonyms

The index understands common variants so you do not have to remember the exact term:

delete ⟷ remove ⟷ archive ⟷ borrar ⟷ eliminar
donor ⟷ donante · service ⟷ culto
kiosk ⟷ kiosko · receipt ⟷ recibo

If you spot a missing synonym, suggest it.

Bilingual search

By default Spanish search returns Spanish results and English search returns English results. You can enable cross-language search with the “Include English results” checkbox on the results page.

Cannot find what you need?

Try synonyms or the term in the other language.
Remove filters and try again.
Use the Ministrium Assistant to ask in natural language.
If nothing comes up, suggest the topic and we will write it.
