Create a member segment

A segment is a saved query. Each time you open it, it recalculates with members that match the conditions at that moment.
TL;DR
CRM → Segments → New, add AND/OR filters, see the preview and save.
Steps
1. CRM → Segments → New segment. 2. Give it a clear name (e.g. “Youth 18–25 north campus”). 3. Add filters: age, gender, campus, last attendance day, donated fund. 4. Combine with AND / OR. Each AND block is a required condition. 5. Watch the live count on the right. Tune until the universe matches your goal. 6. Save. The segment is now available in Communications and Reports.
